Traveling to from Tel Aviv during Covid 19

Who needs to fill out the form
If you leave or return to  Israel by air and are:

• an Israeli citizen
• an Israeli resident (Travel Document)
• a foreign national

you must fill out the online outbound clearance application form no more than 24 hours before your air travel and same with your inbound flight to Israel
If you are unable to comply with all health requirements, you will be refused to board your flight.
